Paul Price founded Price Sierakowski with Adam Sierakowski in May 1999.
Paul’s experience ranges through both corporate and insolvency matters. His areas of practice include corporations law, ASIC and ASX compliance advice, commercial and corporate due diligence, insolvency and corporate reconstruction. He has acted for public companies both nationally and internationally as well as for a number of large private enterprises.
Aside from his legal qualifications, Paul has a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia, is an Associate Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a past State Chapter President and National Corporate Adviser to the Graduate Management Association of Australia and a Member of the Royal Perth Golf Club.
Paul is married with three children, a son and two daughters. He is a keen golfer, social tennis player, swimmer and is an avid supporter of the Carlton Football Club. |

Red Rooster began when the Kailis family opened the Kelmscott restaurant in Western Australia in 1972. From its humble beginning it has grown to become Australia's largest oven roasted chicken operator. The business grew as a privately owned and operated business until the early 80's when it was purchased by Coles Myer Ltd.
In 1992 Red Rooster acquired the Big Rooster chain which were operating predominantly in Queensland. These stores were re-branded as Red Rooster stores, lifting the number of stores to 230 across Australia. Big Rooster had been operating franchise stores in Toowoomba and Townsville since 1979, hence the acquisition not only grew the size of the business, but was also Red Rooster's first venture into franchising.
In May 2002, Perth based Australian Fast Foods acquired Red Rooster from Coles Myer Ltd, bringing many years experience and expertise in the Oven Roasted Chicken Fast Food Industry.
With over 5000 staff around the country, this proudly Australian owned and operated is working hard to provide customers with oven roasted chicken, great chicken burgers, baguettes, wraps and the best chips in the land. |
