On Thursday, 31 May a reporter and film crew from the Today Tonight show on Channel 7 spent the afternoon with some students in our VR lab.
During his interview, Mr Bill Cooper, who teaches Aviation at Trinity, discussed how virtual reality allows students to become completely immersed in a subject. In the case of aviation, incorporating VR allows students to experience what it truly feels like to fly a plane.
Following Mr Cooper's interview, students had a chance to showcase their aviation skills, and discuss how this virtual reality technology has been a game-changer in the way they learn.
The story will air on 6 June 2018 at 6:30pm on channel 7 - you don't want to miss it!
