Choosing his path
The senior years are the time where our young men choose the subjects and path they will continue with after College life.
For some students this will be the university-oriented or ATAR pathway and others will choose a general or VET pathway leading to further training or employment.
We are committed to helping each of our boys develop the skills and acquire the knowledge to follow their own chosen path.
Trinity offers a large number of ATAR subjects and a robust VET program – catering to the needs of all our students. In addition Trinity College has been one of the first schools to introduce a Certificate IV in Business and a Curtin Uni Ready program providing further options for our senior students.
Academic Extension is offered through the Flexible Learning Enhancement Program (FLEX) for students in Year 10. Boys are invited to participate based on outstanding potential, achievements or contributions that they exhibit through their academic studies. For students in Years 11 and 12, extension is offered through a variety of national and international programs and competitions.
Trinity College offers extensive and effective Education Support facilities. Specialist teachers work with families and school staff to develop dynamic individual education programs for students in Years 7–12 with diagnosed disabilities as well as those who need a bit of extra support.
All boys at Trinity College benefit from this inclusive approach within our College community. A range of programs cater for the individual needs of each of our students.
