Administration Assistant

Part time to commence as soon as possible.

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Administration Assistant to work on a Part time basis.  

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to front desks and assist with basic administration tasks on a daily basis. Experience in a school environment is desired. 

As a member of Trinity College, it is expected that the Administration Assistant will embody the full Catholic philosophy and Edmund Rice charism of the College.

Rowing Assistant

Part time Contract basis - to commence as soon as possible.

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Rowing Assistant to work as a member of a dynamic Rowing Team at Trinity College.    

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and planning support to Trinity College Rowing under the direction of the Director of Rowing and the Director of Sport.  

The role provides administrative support to the Director of Rowing and works in conjunction with the Rowing Equipment Coordinator. The Rowing Assistant will be required to show high levels of flexibility, initiative, be adaptable at short notice, and have a solutions-focused approach to their work.

Marketing and Communications Officer

Full time ongoing position, to commence as soon as possible.

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, experienced and dedicated Marketing & Communications Officer at Trinity College. 

The purpose of this key position is to provide strong and clear marketing and communications, both within the Trinity College community and the broader community, with a view to promoting the College as a leader in boys’ education and in the formation of young men for others. As an effective member of the Marketing and Communications Team, the Marketing and Communications Officer will have a particular focus on overseeing all aspects of College communications such as promotional materials, news and media relations and a diverse array of print and electronic publications and social media initiatives.

Senior Handyperson

The purpose of this position is to assist with the overall maintenance of the College facilities, furniture and equipment ensuring a high standard of safety and workmanship across all 3 College sites - East Perth, Waterford and Dwellingup.

Apprentice - Horticulture (Turf Management)

Full time ongoing position, to commence as soon as possible.

This key position will assist in the overall maintenance of the College Grounds and ensure a high standard of safety and workmanship is maintained for the College across all 3 sites - East Perth, Waterford and Dwellingup.

A passion for outdoors and a willingness to complete the four (4) year full-time apprenticeship in Horticulture (Turf Management) is a requirement of the position.

Grounds Manager

Full time ongoing position, to commence as soon as possible.

This position is responsible for the overall management of the College grounds, providing supervision to staff in the team and ensuring that a high standard of safety and workmanship is maintained for the College across all three sites - East Perth, Waterford and Dwellingup.

In liaison with the College Business Manager and Property Services Manager, the Grounds Manager will support the strategic planning and development of the College grounds, working with a team to ensure ongoing maintenance of grounds and grounds equipment.

English Teacher

Full-time, Temporary position (Strong possibility of Ongoing) - commencing 18 July 2022

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic educator willing to be part of a strong professional team who is able to teach English in Years 7–12. The ability to teach Year 11 ATAR is desirable. 

Outstanding subject knowledge and a willingness to be involved in the co-curricular life of the College are expected.

This is a temporary position with the strong possibility of Ongoing.

Junior School Teacher

Full-time, Temporary Semester 2 position, commencing 18 July 2022

The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic educator willing to be part of a strong professional team who is able to teach in the College Junior School. They will become an integral member whilst sharing the responsibility for curriculum planning and the teaching and learning process within the College and their year group. The Teacher is expected to work collaboratively with Junior School staff, in demonstrating full support and implementation of the Vision and Mission of the College, with a willingness to to be involved in the co-curricular life of the College.
