Full-time, Permanent Position - Commencing as soon as possible
The Human Resources Officer plays a pivotal role in the effective delivery of all human resource functions across Trinity College. This position supports the achievement of the College's educational, pastoral and strategic objectives by ensuring high -quality people practices, compliance with legislative and industrial requirements, and a safe, professional and child-safe workplace.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Vice Principal and the College Leadership Team. The Human Resources Officer has a key responsibility in recruitment, retainment, compliance and records administration. They provide direct human resource and operational support and advice to all staff that is reflective of the values of Trinity College and Edmund Rice Education Australia Colleges Ltd (EREAC).
A crucial role is building a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Officer will maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, with the capacity to work with initiative and autonomy.

Full time, Ongoing position - To Commence As Soon As Possible.
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated, experienced and qualified Special Needs Education Assistant to work in our Junior School (Year 4-6) at Trinity College. This position is Full time and Permanent and to commence as soon as possible.
The Education Assistant will embody the full Catholic philosophy and Edmund Rice charism of the College, as well as demonstrating a high level of personal and professional qualities that would be expected of a staff at the College. The ideal candidate will have suitable experience and be fully supportive of the College’s Mission.
Working with teaching and other support staff, the Education Assistant will support the Junior School teaching staff to provide for the physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual development of students. The ideal candidate will also assist with the implementation of special programs for specific curriculum needs of the Junior School students.

This Full time, Fixed Term position, is to commence on the 20 July 2026, and is in the College Junior School.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic educator willing to be part of a strong professional team who is able to teach in the College Junior School, Year 5.This Fixed Term position is a leave replacement one and commences on the 20 July to the 11 December 2026.
The ideal candidate will become an integral member of the Junior School, whilst sharing the responsibility for curriculum planning and the teaching and learning process within the College and their year group.
The Teacher is expected to work collaboratively with Junior School staff, demonstrate a full support of and implement the Vision and Mission of the College, and have a willingness to be involved in the co-curricular life of the College.
