The Human Resources Officer plays a pivotal role in the effective delivery of all human resource functions across Trinity College. This position supports the achievement of the College's educational, pastoral and strategic objectives by ensuring high -quality people practices, compliance with legislative and industrial requirements, and a safe, professional and child-safe workplace.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the Vice Principal and the College Leadership Team. The Human Resources Officer has a key responsibility in recruitment, retainment, compliance and records administration. They provide direct human resource and operational support and advice to all staff that is reflective of the values of Trinity College and Edmund Rice Education Australia Colleges Ltd (EREAC).
A crucial role is building a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Officer will maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, with the capacity to work with initiative and autonomy.

Relief Positions Available - To Commence As Soon As Practicable
An exciting opportunity exists for highly motivated, and suitably qualified Casual Special Needs Education Assistants at Trinity College.
The ideal candidates will either be Teachers in their first and or second year of their studies and would like to grow their teaching capacity with classroom exposure. Or you may hold a Certificate IV Education Assistant – Special Needs from a recognised educational institution and would simply like to work in a relief capacity.
Working with our teaching and other support staff, the Education Assistant supports our teaching staff to provide for the physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual development of students with specific learning needs. You may also assist with the implementation of some of the special programs for specific curriculum needs.

The Education Assistant will embody the full Catholic philosophy and Edmund Rice charism of the College, as well as demonstrating a high level of personal and professional qualities that would be expected of a staff at the College. The ideal candidate will have suitable experience and be fully supportive of the College’s Mission.
